What time is the 2023 Japanese Grand Prix and how can I watch it?

After the dramatic events of Singapore last time out, where Carlos Sainz helped to end the incredible Red Bull winning run, all eyes now turn to Suzuka for the Japanese Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen and his Red Bull team will hope to return to winning ways at a track that is far more likely to suit their RB19 machine, but can Ferrari continue to throw their hat in the ring following their efforts in Monza and at the Marina Bay Circuit?

Carlos Sainz was in splendid form strategically in Singapore as he took his second career win, and let’s not forget he’s also claimed the last two pole positions up for grabs. There’s also Mercedes to consider, and George Russell in particular will want to collect some important points following his dramatic last-lap crash despite performing admirably across the whole Singapore weekend.

The action in Japan gets going with FP1 and FP2 on Friday, September 22, in preparation for FP3 and qualifying on Saturday, September 23. The Japanese Grand Prix itself is on Sunday, September 24.
