WEEKEND WARM-UP: Hear all the latest from the drivers ahead of the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix
The summer break is almost here, but before the drivers and teams can take a well-earned rest, it's time to get ready for round 11 of the 2021 season, the Hungarian Grand Prix at the Hungaroring.
With championship protagonists Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton split by just eight points in the standings, the tensions were running high in Hungary, with the fallout from the pair's Silverstone crash still very much in evidence.
That story may have dominated the chatter on Thursday at the Hungaroring, but there was also the small matter of Fernando Alonso celebrating his 40th birthday, as well as plenty of driver market talk, with the futures of several racers still hanging in the balance.
So, ahead of the final race weekend ahead of the summer break, hear from all the drivers as Will Buxton, Lawrence Barretto and Laura Winter round up the reaction from Thursday in Budapest.
