Max Verstappen produced a stunning lap in wet conditions at Imola to seal his first pole position of the season.
Verstappen set a time of 1m 27.999s to seal his 14th pole position in Formula 1 ahead of tomorrow’s Sprint. He will be joined on the front row by Charles Leclerc, who was a further 0.799s behind the Red Bull man, while McLaren’s Lando Norris qualified in P3.
