Villeneuve's 1997 championship-winning Williams show car up for sale on F1 Authentics
Jacques Villeneuve’s 1997 Williams FW19 has come up for sale on F1 Authentics, 25 years on from his title-winning season.
Villeneuve won the 1997 Formula 1 World Championship after a fraught battle with Michael Schumacher, with the pair coming together at Jerez in a stunning title-decider. The car stands as Williams' last championship-winning machine, designed by Adrian Newey under the formidable leadership of Patrick Head.

Villeneuve achieved seven wins and eight podiums in the FW19 on his way to his sole title – Williams securing their ninth constructors' championship – and now a piece of history is up for grabs on F1 Authentics, with the FW19 show car featuring the original wheels, brakes, pedals and steering wheel.
