Lando Norris regained the lead in the Drivers’ Championship standings with a masterful display in Mexico City as he sealed a pole position and victory double.

It was an impressive weekend’s work for the McLaren man, who now leads the title race by a single point from team mate Oscar Piastri.

Piastri himself had an altogether more difficult race weekend, qualifying down in P8 before recovering to fifth at the flag. It’s now five races since he stood on the podium.
