Lando Norris managed to hold the lead of the Mexico City Grand Prix after an action-packed start to the 71-lap race.
Norris, Leclerc, Hamilton and Verstappen went four-wide into the first turn, but both Leclerc and Verstappen failed to make the corner. The Ferrari driver briefly took the lead but handed the position back to Norris to avoid a penalty.
George Russell was unhappy with Verstappen's start, complaining that he only retained fourth place by running off the track.
Lance Stroll was turned around in the mayhem at the start, with Bearman gaining three positions to sixth.
