Oscar Piastri shows off new helmet for rookie F1 campaign

McLaren rookie Oscar Piastri has unveiled his new helmet design for 2023, and it's fair to say he'll be easy to spot in the papaya car.
Piastri has opted to continue with the fluorescent colours that adorned his headgear during his Formula 2 season, in which he won the title at the first time of asking.
The Australian told the Official FIA Formula 2 website in 2021 that he's stuck with bright yellow for a number of years but only in 2019 did he start using his country's flag on his helmet design.
The 21-year-old, who joins Lando Norris at McLaren this season, recently said: "McLaren have a good history of bringing through rookies and turning them into world-class Formula 1 drivers, so that gave me confidence.
"That, and the feeling of being wanted by the team was a massive, massive draw."
The team in orange unveiled their MCL60 on February 13 but it hit the track for the first time on Tuesday, before pre-season testing in Bahrain. Haas also took to the track with their new VF-23 on Tuesday.
