MUST SEE: Bottas and Norris end up down same escape road in first practice in Baku
The first practice session at any Grand Prix is about exploring the track, finding the limits and working out where the grip is, where you can push hard, and where you need to be extra careful.
In Baku, plenty of the drivers found Turn 15 to be a tad tricky, with several taking to the run-off area during FP1 for this weekend's Azerbaijan Grand Prix. One such driver was Valtteri Bottas, who after running down the escape road, spun his Mercedes to get it pointed back the right way. And as he did so, he might have been a little surprised to find a McLaren coming at him, after Lando Norris had also overcooked it going into the corner.
