HIGHLIGHTS: Watch the best action from practice ahead of the Emilia Romagna GP at Imola
This weekend's Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola is something of a double whammy for the drivers as all bar one of them – Kimi Raikkonen – have never raced in F1 at this track, and they all only had one practice session to dial themselves and their cars into the circuit before qualifying.
In the end Lewis Hamilton proved to be quickest out of the box – for once the World Champion getting one over on his Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas who has become something of a specialist at topping the time sheets in practice this season.

And there was more bad news for Bottas as Red Bull's Max Verstappen managed to sneak ahead of him to split the two Mercedes runners around the beautiful and historic track.
