HIGHLIGHTS: Relive Russell's Singapore GP victory as McLaren clinch Teams' title despite Norris and Piastri contact
Victory went to George Russell but the talking point in Singapore was contact between McLaren rivals Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
Mercedes' George Russell converted pole position into victory at the Singapore Grand Prix, as McLaren claimed back-to-back Teams' titles despite Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri banging wheels on the opening lap.
Russell was never challenged on the Marina Bay Street Circuit having held the lead at the start, slowly building up a margin to Max Verstappen before the sole pit stop sequence and extending his margin to just over 5s for his second victory of the season.
Verstappen sustained late pressure from Norris to finish second as the McLaren driver completed the podium and finished directly ahead of title rival Piastri.
The Australian now leads the Drivers' Championship by 22 points from Norris, but was left unhappy with his team mates' actions on the opening lap.
