Lando Norris set the pace in the third and final practice session ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix, as McLaren team mate Oscar Piastri brought out the red flags after hitting the wall.
Norris set a 1m 11.799s on the soft Pirelli tyre with just over 10 minutes of the one-hour session remaining, which left the Briton 0.078s clear of Charles Leclerc's Ferrari.

The Mercedes of George Russell was a tenth-and-a-half off Norris, as the second Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton and reigning World Champion Max Verstappen completed the top five.
Piastri finished eighth having hit the Wall of Champions approaching the 20-minute mark, the impact destroying his McLaren's right-rear tyre rim and bringing out the red flag as he recovered back to the pits.
