Giancarlo Fisichella participated in 231 Grands Prix across 14 seasons, competing for multiple iconic teams, and scoring a trio of victories. In the latest of our Lights to Flag series we caught up with the Italian racer to reflect on a long and distinguished career in Formula 1.

Fisichella’s father was a big Formula 1 fan and, at the age of eight, he took the youngster to a track on the outskirts of their native Rome.
